Addressing Math Learning Loss Through Acceleration

In this course, educators learn how to leverage acceleration to help K-8th grade students overcome math learning loss. You’ll learn why acceleration is more effective than remediation, the importance of coherence, and the progression of standards across grade level bands. You’ll also learn strategies to help students internalize math lessons and gain an understanding the important role effective small group instruction can have on math learning loss.
