Staying in the Game: Self-Care for Teachers who Wanna Crush it!

The education profession is rewarding, but often filled with stress and anxiety--especially today. In this module, educators will learn how to engage in self-care and cope with the stressors that come with their role in education. It will also help fan the passionate fire that brought them to this profession in the first place.

It can also help future teachers examine why they answered the call to teach, invigorate their passion for the important role they are about to play, and help establish positive habits as they start their career.
